My friend Peter played this song for me in Berlin in May and I got hooked to the beginning beat from the start. Pilooski re-mixed a relatively unknown rock & roll/funk song from 1967, originally performed by The Four Seasons. What a tune! The perfect wake up song to listen to on your i-pod, while brushing your teeth. Peter promised me that this song will accompany the opening scene of one of his to-be-made-movies.

Hello there. Let´s keep this short, because I know how much valuable stuff there is to read online each day and I want to make sure you read through to the end. I am thinking of entering the (hopefully lucrative) world of Web 3.0 and create an internet portal for the developing world. Calling it the gateway is rather a piss take, because I am sure that industry colleagues have heard the word "gateway" in countless meetings throughout the developing world and used it in many publications. Unfortunately I cannot be too specific about my idea on this open platform, but I can say that this site shall not just be informative, but also have a social and business networking component to it. Industry colleagues such as yourself will be one key group of people that will profit from this site and it is you that I am asking for some feedback. Yes, I do believe in the age of engagement, call me romantic if you like. User-generated content shall not be confined to shallow entertainment seekers that become Youtube junkies, such as myself. Felix´s site has proven that there is a desire to interact among industry participants and my site will give you a great platform to do this more effectively. But don´t worry, this site shall not be exclusively about our industry and ourselves. That will only be a tiny part of the site that I have in mind. Unfortunately it is not the time to share specifics, but what do you think? What should be other essential parts of a Web 3.0, user-generated website that shall become a portal to the developing world? Please share your ideas! And let me know if you would like to join forces on such an effort! After all, it is the age of engagement, and yes, I wish to be a romantic. According to wikipedia, romanticism legitimized the individual imagination as a critical authority which permitted freedom from classical notions. Right on!
